UZS-8 Explosion Damper – Emergency Access Panel
The UZS-8 is an assembly that includes the UZS-1 explosion damper mounted in a special metal housing and can be used as an emergency access panel.The UZS protection section is designed to protect ventilation equipment in special-purpose buildings from the effects of a prolonged shock wave with a pressure of up to 10 kg/cm² (1000 kPa).The protective sections automatically close under the pressure of the blast wave, sealing ventilation openings or air ducts and providing protection against the blast wave penetrating the shelter.
