BVNO 50 – Relief Valve, Optional Pre-Filter

The BVNO 50 explosion relief valve is a normally open, double-acting valve. It allows air to enter and exit the protected area and automatically closes the air opening under the pressure of an explosion wave, thereby protecting the interior from both the positive and negative phases of the explosion wave.These valves are designed to be installed in wall ventilation openings or as part of an air duct in civil defense shelters, bunkers, safe rooms, containers, industrial facilities, and other applications. BVNO 50 valves have been tested and certified according to the SI4570 standard. The valves are extremely durable, can withstand a wide temperature range, and are corrosion-resistant. The valves offer easy installation options for pre-installed wall sleeves, retrofitted flanges, air ducts, or other alternatives. The valves can be equipped with a pre-filter to remove dust particles and are available in various configurations for in-line connections, special flanges, quick-connect fittings, and more.
