BVNC 300 – Overpressure Relief Valve

The BVNC 300 overpressure relief valve is a normally closed valve designed to maintain and control differential pressure levels within the shelter and to protect the interior from external blast wave pressure. The automatic operating principle of normally closed valves is to vent air from the shelter when overpressure reaches predefined positive pressure (overpressure) levels. BVNC overpressure valves have been developed specifically for use in civil defense shelters, bunkers, safe rooms, and other protected areas. The BVNC valve series includes a wide range of valves for different airflow rates. BVNC valves are automatically activated valves designed to provide protection against external blast wave pressure. BVNC is designed to allow air to be released from the shelter in a controlled manner when positive pressure (overpressure) rises to the required level. The valves are extremely durable, capable of operating over a wide temperature range, and resistant to corrosion. The valves are designed to be installed in ventilation openings or as part of a duct.
