Sliding blast doors and barriers are designed with a sliding or rail-mounted mechanism featuring reinforced panels and a multi-point locking system capable of withstanding high dynamic and static blast pressure loads as well as ground shock pressure. These doors can be manufactured from steel or composite materials, as well as reinforced with concrete or other materials, to provide additional protection against ballistic threats, forced entry, fire, and other hazards.
